Ms Jang

Ms Jang, the sister of Jae Jang and a Director of Divas Beverages, was maliciously pursued by the ATO for more than seven years, when finally the ATO and CDPP Brisbane office maliciously laid criminal charges against the Mr Jang as well as Bill and Debbie Ingleton.

Ms Jang had to sell everything she owned to fund the Federal Court proceedings against the ATO and the unlawful personal Garnishees placed on her bank account.  The stress over many years became too much, when finally on 1 November, 2017 Ms Jang took her own life.

Mr Bill Ingleton

Mr Ingleton worked for Mr Jang and Divas Beverages, when he and his wife Debbie were also maliciously prosecuted.  He was a fit and healthy man, his doctors report that due to the chronic stress caused by the ATO he contracted cancer in December, 2021 by July 2022 he had passed. Mr Saunders

Mr Saunders was maliciously pursued by the ATO when they issued more than 190 audits on his company, month after month for five years, issuing fabricated debts when finally he could not take any more, he ended his life by committing suicide. Ms Saunders made several complaints about the conduct of the ATO’s fabricated criminal charges that were laid against her by Anthony Rains of the ATO to senior executes of the ATO, however all complaints were ignored.

Gary Kurzer

Sydney architect Gary Kurzer was a hero who fought hard against the injustices committed against him and many other innocent taxpayers by the ATO.  Gary took on the ATO, a battle that lasted eight long years.

Tragically, the legacy of personal stress that Gary suffered in his dealings with the ATO, when like others, it became too much resulting in his decision to take his own life on 14 November 2018. You can read about Gary Kurzer’s story here…
